Before giving priority to the legal approach, Jean-Baptiste studied humanities and social sciences. He tries to understand the interaction between the legal framework and the work itself during the elaboration phase. This led to him questioning the mutual influence between the particularity of creations in progress and the legal framework. He is currently doing a Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Sirinelli at Panthéon-Sorbonne University. His dissertation's title is Moral rights and freedom of creation. A comparative study in French, German, and Japanese law.
