Etienne Dignat

Etienne Dignat is a Ph.D. student in Political Theory at Sciences Po. His work focuses on Ethics of war and questions the political duty to rescue its own citizen. He also analyzes hostage-taking as a global phenomenon combining diplomacy, law, and economics to assess the relevance of the practice in the current international context.
Etienne Dignat previously graduated a Master 2 in Literature (Ecole Normale Superieure LSH, 2014) and Public Affairs (Sciences Po, 2017).
