Edouard Dossetto

"Ingénieur du Corps des Ponts, des Eaux et Forêts", Edouard Dossetto obtained an M.Sc of Public Policy and Development and is a civil servant specialized in Energy-Economy-Climate issues. During his professional mission (at the French Development Agency), he has helped implement a new tool: the Eco-Building Financing Initiative.

Edouard has also studied at Ecole Polytechnique, in the “Renewable Energies Science & Technologies” Master, and studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, where he graduated in 2013 with the "Agrégation" of Mechanical Engineering with the highest rank of the national competitive examination.

In 2014, he majored in a part-time business program delivered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business and worked for EDF New Energies where he developed a faster and finer methodology to evaluate environmental constraints on Wind Turbine based on Process Integration and Design Optimization (Design of Experiment).

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. about the "Climate-Induced Financial Risk Management by Public Policy", under the direction of Gaël Giraud, senior researcher at C.N.R.S. and Chief Economist at the French Development Agency, and Christophe Chorro, master of conference in Quantitative Finance.

Edouard's topics of research are energy & environmental public policies regarding their impact on the management of financial risks generated by climate change.
