- September 1st: Launch of Call for applications
- October 25th, midnight: Deadline for all application submissions
- October 26th - November 6th: Application reviews
- 5 projects picked per university
- November 10th - 21st : In-person pitches/interviews
- December 4th: Finalists selected
- By December 10th: Finalists notified and given guidelines.
- 2 people from each team are covered to go to Cannes (other team members can come by their own means)
- Finalists must confirm which team members will be going to Cannes.
- December 11th: announcement of finalists
- By December 22nd: Travel logistics confirmed
