Internship title: Analysis of chromosomal instability from bulk and single-cell DNA-sequencing data

Internship description: The intern(s) will develop new analytical frameworks and algorithms to analyze chromosomal instability and its role in tumor development. They will also participate in weekly meetings and manuscript preparation.
Skills required: Skill in R programming is necessary
Additional information: The interns will be co-mentored by Dr. Simon Tavaré ([email protected]) and Dr. Khanh Dinh ([email protected]). Both will select the applicants together.
