The Off-Campus Housing Assistance website is hosted by another department at Columbia and lists rooms to rent. It is best to go to the “Subleases” section listed at the top of the webpage, as this section only has listings from Columbia affiliates (both within Columbia housing and outside of Columbia housing) and is therefore a bit more secure and less likely to have scams posted. A Columbia UNI is required, so in order to get access, email [email protected] with proof of affiliation (email or letter from the Alliance Program) and that department will provide the ability to get behind the firewall. Also, you might be able to sign-in with your Polytechnique.edu email – it’s worth trying.

Sabbatical Homes was started by the partner of a professor based in California. When they first arrived from France over twenty years ago, they quickly realized finding reliable furnished temporary accommodations was difficult.
An independent non-profit organization founded in 1924, the International House has built a rich history of bringing together students from around the world to share experiences and life lessons in peace building and understanding.
