- 15 November: Finalists selected
- By December 1: Finalists notified and given guidelines. Finalists must confirm which team members will be going to Cannes.
- 2 people from each team are covered to go to Cannes
- Others team members can come with their own means
- 1 - 15 December: Travel logistics confirmed
